The taste test should be the final step before booking and more than likely your deciding factor. Our taste tests include a private dinner and consultation. If you sign a contract and place a deposit at the end of your taste test, you will be offered something called booking incentives. Incentives are money saving offers which vary from month to month. They are usually in the form of some sort of free service such as free attendants, complimentary package upgrades, free linen service, etc.
